Life doesn’t always go the way we expected (or wanted) it to! It isn’t always easy to know how to adapt to what is happening in our lives. But, while it is true we cannot change the past or control many things that impact our lives, we can learn how to live in healthy and creative ways. A counsellor is a person outside of our everyday lives, who can offer understanding, insight, support and care. Counselling can help clients to know themselves better, to make creative changes and, ultimately, to find peace of mind.
